Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - ILD (Interstitial Lung Disease) in terminal stage - listing for lung transplantation - clinical indication for MRI - no contraindications to MRI - age of at least 18 years - ability to give written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - not MRI-compatible foreign bodies (if not MRI-conditional) - pregnancy - claustrophobia - contraindication to administration of contrast agent containing gadolinium - second or third degree of atrioventricular (AV) block or sinus node dysfunction - unstable Angina pectoris that has not been stabilized with medical drugs - severe hypotension - decompensated stages of heart failure

- right ventricle contractility disorder - myocardial perfusion disorder under stress and/or at rest - myocardial fibrosis (T1 / T2 relaxation time (mapping), T1 relaxation time after contrast agent, late enhancement) - left ventricular contraction disorder - presence of a pericardial effusion - diastolic relaxation disorder (phase contrast flow measurement)
