Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Premature infants from 25+0 SSW - Premature infants up to 30+0 SSW - Consent of the guardians to participate in the study - Inclusion in the study before completion of the 48th hour of life - Extubation before completed 48th hour of life
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Intubated beyond the 48th hour of life - Intubation or re-tubation for more than 4 days after the start of the study - complex heart defects - Cerebral hemorrhages III° - Orofacial malformations - malformations of the central nervous system
