Inclusion criteria: - Pregnancy - Performance of an amniocentesis for diagnostic or therapeutic reasons - Consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Lack of consent to participate in the study - Known allergy to vanilla (vanillin) or garlic
