Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (a) at least 18 years (b) Major Depression as main diagnosis according to DSM-IV (BDI-II: score > 13) (c) comorbid disorders are allowed (d) sufficient German language skills (e) German statutory health insurance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (a) current or past psychotic disorders (b) current substance or alcohol abuse

MeasureTime frame
Depressive symptom reduction measured by the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI-II) at baseline, T10, T20, T24, 3-month-follow-up and 2-years-follow-up and Montgomery Asperg Depression Rating Scale (MADRS) at baseline, T20, 3-month-follow-up and 2-years-follow-up.
