Group 1: Head and neck tumor surgery I: General medical history and general findings (age, previous neurological diseases, BMI, metabolic diseases, functional status, visual and auditory sensory test

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Head and neck tumor surgery: surgery duration of > 3 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suspicion of severe dementia (Schulmann's pathological watch test) or a score below 10 in the minimal test

Inclusion of 60 patients with head and neck tumors (surgery time > 3 h) In addition to the classic anamnesis and diagnostic findings, the following test procedures are used: Preoperative: GDS (Geriatric Depression Scale), Barthel Index and ISAR Screening (Identification of Seniors At Risk) Postoperative: Nu-DESC (Nursing Delirium Screening Scale), CAM (Confusion Assessment Method) or CAM-ICU (for use in intensive care units)	—
