MIKROZIRKULATIONSSTRUNGEN

Interventions

Group 1: In the volunteers, the most superficial visible vessel is first detected at various skin locations using high-resolution ultrasound. Then, by applying pressure to the skin with the ultrasound

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
minimum pressing strength for complete compression of the capillaries

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
-depth of the most superficial skin vessels visible in the sonographic image - Mapping of required pressure strengths/CRT on the human body - Dependence of age/gender/blood pressure/manually determined CRT to required pressure for vascular compression
