Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: TEA/Patchplastik der Aa. carotis communis/interna mit 1. intraoperativer Angiographiekontrolle sowie 2. postoperativer neurovaskulärer Doppler- und Duplexsonographie (einige Tage nach der Operation) Erwachsene (> 18. Lebensjahr) Patienten mit Fallaufkommen von gefäßzentrumsgleichen interdisziplinären Klinikstrukturen (etablierte hochspezialisierte Betreuung eines Universitätsklinikums) verlässliche Durchführung von intraoperativer Angiographie sowie ihrer postoperativen Zweitbeurteilung der Bilddokumentation als auch der postoperativen Duplexsonographie bei(m) eingeschlossener/n StudienpatientIn

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Eversion thrombectomy was performed on the internal carotid artery Age: <18 years missing element of the triple combination of intraoperative angiography and its postoperative Second assessment of the image documentation as well as the postoperative duplex sonography
