Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Newborns with a gestational age at birth > 23+6 weeks SSW - 32+6 weeks Birth in the delivery room of the University Hospital Cologne Sectio caesaria as birth mode Maternal general anesthesia with thiopental within the context of the Sectio caesaria
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Vaginal birth Severe basic congenital disease or malformations Monochorial Geminigravidity Multiple pregnancy with 3 children or more
