Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients who have received a cranial MRI with the question of a neurodegenerative disease and a comparative collective of patients who have received a cranial MRI with comparable sequences but non-neurodegenerative question

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Minority. A specific further exclusion of patients is not planned to prevent a falsification of the created algorithms for patient subgroups.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Development of AI-based algorithms for MRI diagnosis of neurodegenerative diseases

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Comparison of AI-based diagnostics with the accuracy of human findings Correlation of pathological changes of diffusion parameters and parameters of the other above mentioned sequences with the presumed pathogenesis of the disease, especially in comparison with non-neurodegenerative diseases
