Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: spontaneously breathing patients, EIT established, physiotherapy planned according to departmental standards, minimum age 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: thoracic injuries, thoracic surgery, metal implants in the thorax, BMI>35
