Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women from the age of 18 years, who have recently given birth; Women who intend to breastfeed fully or partially for at least 3 months; Availability of a freezer (-18°C)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Mothers of premature babies (< 2500 g, < 37 weeks of pregnancy); Presence of type 1, type 2 or gestational diabetes mellitus; Insufficient knowledge of the German language
