Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Documented infection with SARS-CoV-2 that has been reported to one the 35 local health departments in Baden-Württemberg between Feburary and August 2020.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The health status of a patient does not allow him/her to answer the questionnaire (e.g. due to curren treatment on intensive care unit, artificial ventilation, consequences of COVID-19 or other diseases), patient has already died or the questionnaire cannot be delivered by mail (returned to local health department).

Presence of persisting, new and recurring symptoms of COVID-19 at the time of the questionnaire survey (Post-Covid-Syndrome)
