Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Patients who have undergone pancreatic head resection for lesions or chronic pancreatitis - Laparoscopic and convention pancreatic resection will be included - = 18 years of age
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Patients who received palliative surgical procedures - Patients with recurrent disease - Patients who have already undergone pancreatic resection

| - Primary endpoint is POPF. Patients will be stratified according to different cut-off points as given by the respective published scores. Nine published scoring systems for patients who underwent pancreatic resection will be evaluated in the present study. | — |
