Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - legal capacity to consent or consent of legal guardian, written informed consent to participate in the study after oral and written information. - Clinical suspicion of stroke - Time window since onset of symptoms <4.5h

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unable to provide information and are not cared for, or whose legal caregiver cannot be reached in the further course.
