Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Employees at the Clinic for Anaesthesiology and Intensive Therapy at the Hannover Medical School and patients who need a procedure from an anesthesia team in the children's clinic.

Exclusion criteria: No. The data collection is anonymous and approved by the staff council, the data protection officer and the ethics committee.
