Inclusion criteria: Patients who are willing to provide their electronic treatment data pseudonymized for research purposes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Dementia - Palliative Patients - insufficient knowledge of German for understanding informed patient consent - patients who are unable to give consent

Measure	Time frame
The goal of subproject 1 in RADARplus is the development of a general medical research database with retrospective, pseudonymized treatment data of a total of 1,500 patients in general practice. The general medical research database is to be used to generate new questions of care and general medical research from patients' treatment data. The documented treatment data will be used here for knowledge extraction. This database is not used to answer urgent / existing research questions, but to derive new research questions. With the help of data explorations (time courses, frequency distributions, ...) models for new research questions are to be founded, which could later lead to concrete research questions and studies. Likewise, research approaches to health care provision can be discussed on a regional level with general practitioners in the environment of University Medicine Göttingen. Thus, regional general practitioners can be included in the research. Furthermore, it is possible to find patients with rare or specific diseases in the database in order to address them for later/further research.	—
