Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: spontaneous breathing patients with known SARS-CoV-2 infectionwith consecutive PCR testing by a pharyngeal swab

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age< 18, patients with invasive ventilation, patients not able to give informed consent
