Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Pain threshold: the time point at which the subject first reports noticeable pain; pain tolerance: the time point for subjects that they can no longer endure the cold stimulation. Pain intensity score: The maximum degree of pain felt during the test, and the type of pain (dull pain, sharp pain, burning pain...). | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The relationship between pain scores and the volunteers' physical characteristics (age, gender, body fat index, body temperature) will be analyzed. | — |
