Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Pediatric and adult patients aged =14 years • Written consent to participate in the study • SARS-CoV-2 infection confirmed by laboratory testing • Sufficient communication skills in the German language • The patient must be able to recognize the nature, significance and scope of the study/registry and be able to orientate his/her will accordingly • PC/Tablet/Smartphone with Internet access
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Missing declaration of consent • Age <14 years • Cognitive or communicative limitations that make it impossible to consent to participate in the study

| The aim of the study is to assess the influence of comorbidities on the need for hospitalization of patients with SARS-CoV-2 in an outpatient setting. It will also be investigated whether and to what extent a change in the current concomitant medication can be observed. Furthermore, the course of COVID-19, comorbidities and related treatment decisions in COVID-19 patients will be described. Finally, it will be determined which other clinical markers can be used as predictors for a severe course of COVID-19 disease can be identified. | — |
