Interventions

Group 1: Patients with CHD will be surveyed once using a questionnaire. The questionnaire will assess the use of DMP-CHD care since March 2020.

Inclusion criteria: Enrollment in the disease management program CHD

Exclusion criteria: Cognitive impairment

Coronary events during the observation period. Influence of perceived threat from the Corona virus on the use of medical care. Influence of psychological burden on the use of medical care. Influence of psychological burden and health-related behavior on CHD-symptoms during the Corona pandemic.	—
