Group 1: After the greatest possible GBM tumor resection, a mini-radiation source is positioned in the resection cavity before the surgical closure and an intraoperative boost is applied. (IORT)

Inclusion criteria: Radiologically diagnosed high-grade glioma with confirmation in rapid cutting

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Positive pregnancy test Lack of consent of the patient or his legal representative Rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, scleroderma
