Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Pastoral workers of the Archdiocese of Freiburg, working in the following settings: Community pastoral care, pastoral care in old people's homes and nursing homes and pastoral care in hospitals • voluntary and informed consent • physically and mentally able to participate in an interview of 1-2 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • not active in the above mentioned pastoral care settings • no voluntary and informed consent • physically and mentally unable to participate in an interview of 1-2h
