Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Preterm infants = 32+0 SSW who were born or hospitalized at University Hospital Essen and meet at least one of the following criteria: cramped synchronized General Movements, poor repertoire General Movements with tendency to cramped synchonized General Movements, Intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH) = 2, Cystic periventricular leukomalacia (PVL)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Overriding diseases, malformations, lack of German language skills of the parents that would limit/impede successful instruction, lack of interest/ability of the parents to perform the physiotherapeutic exercises independently, medical contraindications such as cardiopulmonary instability for physiotherapeutic intervention and testing
