Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - irregular physical activity - no particular stress on the ankle - Age: 20-45 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - acute problems and diseases distal to the knee joints - Previous operations on ankle or knee joints - acute mental illnesses in need of treatment - no acute feeling of illness - Taking medication that has an impact on pain perception - Taking medication that has an influence on clotting - Contraindications for the use of shock wave treatment (blood coagulation pathology iatrogenic or congenital, open epiphyseal plates in focus, pregnancy, parenchmatosis or neural tissue, acute inflammation)

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Immediately after completion of the intervention (shock wave treatment/placebo treatment), the active and passive mobility is measured with a goniometer (neutral zero method) and the tissue tension is checked with the "MyotonPro" at intervals of 1 minute, after 5 minutes and 30 minutes.
