Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Indication for cardiac catheterization with RFR-measurement
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women are not included in the study. Persons who are held in custody by court or governmental order will be excluded. Patients who are expected to have problems in conducting the study (dementia, alcohol/drug abuse, known autonomic polyneuropathy, persistent tachycardic atrial arrhythmias, ventricular extrasystole, other serious mental illness) will be excluded.
Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| -Proof of an influence of a slow deep breathing technique on the coronary physiology -Feasibility of resonance frequency breathing breathing before, during, and after cardiac catheterization. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| - Correlation of coronary blood flow with the extent of heart rate variability - Safety of cycle breathing during cardiac catheterization - extent of heart rate variability on the amplitude of the invasive blood pressure values - Level of depression and anxiety using Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale questionnaire - Interoceptive ability using the Multidimensional Assessment of Interoceptive Awareness questionnaire - Self-assessment of the degree of tension immediately before the cardiac catheter examination | — |
