Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Inpatient admission at the Clinic for Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics at the Günzburg District Hospital Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy II of the University of Ulm - Age = 18 - Signed declaration of consent - Fluent German language skills - Diagnosed mental or behavioral disorder according to ICD-10 - Severity of mental disorder, HoNOS-D cut-off: = 31

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - ICD-10 F00, F02-F05 (dementia), F71-F74 (intelligence impairment) -HoNOS-D < 31
