Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • no systemic diseases with influence on the immune system/response • no antibiotic within the last three months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • age = 18 years • disabled patients • gravidity • lactation • diseases or medication with influence on wound healing • infectious diseases (hepatitis, HIV) • smoking (> 10 cigarettes per day) • drug and alcohol abuse • ulcerative/necrotising periodontitis
