Interventions

Group 1: Patients with lymphedema are treated with a lynphovenous anastomosis

Age

11 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Primary or secondary lymphedema of the lower extremity (stage I-III) - Previous conservative therapy for at least 6 months without success

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Epilepsy (due to the flash of the 3D scanner) - Rejection by the patient

Design outcomes

Primary

Measure	Time frame
Detection of the long-term change in volume of the leg after lymphovenous anastomosis using 3D volumetry. Measurements are taken preoperatively, 2 days, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months postoperatively.	—

- Change in the quality of life of patients - Finding productive factors with regard to long-term volume reduction of the leg	—
