Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age: 18-70 years, Sex: f/m, Actual neck pain (in the past week min. NRS 3/10), Neck Pain duration: > 3 Months, Neck Pain Task Force Classification Grade 1 and 2, Functional impairment in the neck disability index (> 8%).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Surgery of the cervical spine in the last 12 months, Patients presenting with red flags, Patients with radiculopathy, Psychological diseases, Patients, who have already been treated with Adhesion Therapy according to Herzog, Contraindications for Adhesion Therapy or exercise therapy

| Pain: NRS 0-100 shortly after the intervention and at 3 months. We evaluate this with a MCDI of 15/100 points on the NRS scale. We will also assess pain reduction on the NRS scale right after every treatment. NDI shortly after the intervention, at 3 months and 6 months. Evaluation is done with a MCDI of 8.4 points on the NDI scale. GROC scale shortly after the intervention, at 3 months and 6 months. Insomnia Severity Index shortly after the intervention, at 3 months and 6 months. DASS-21 scale shortly after the intervention, at 3 months and 6 months. | — |
