Group 1: Analgesia by peripheral femoral nerve catheter: start of Treatment with ropivacaine intraoperatively als single shot. Duration about 3-4 d postoperatively as continous infusion + bolustherapy

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: posttraumatic Knee Joint Arthritis Implantation of a bicondylar knee replacement Age > 18 years General anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Degenerative Arthritis Infectious Joint disease History of intraarticular infection chronic pain treated with opiods Contraindication against one of the tested methods
