| Prevalence and incidence of orthostatic drop in blood pressure. Clinically, however, the presence of OH is treated. The blood pressure is measured according to Riva Rocci while lying down, then standing up. The measurement while standing is carried out within the first few minutes of standing. In addition, symptoms such as dizziness or weakness are queried and documented. The measurements are taken in the morning between 10 a.m. and 12 a.m. The measurement at hospital admission takes place within the first three inpatient days, the measurement before hospital discharge within the last two inpatient treatment days. | — |
