Inclusion criteria: Malignant Ascites

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: liver cirrhosis, HCC, Pregnancy, breast feeding women

MeasureTime frame
a) Change of the plasma renin concentration. It will be tested before the first paracentesis and two days after the last paracentesis. b) Analysis of the microbiota.
