| Test persons and patients are given blood in different tubes containing different anticoagulants on one day. On the one hand, T-cells will be directly examined by FACS analysis with regard to sensence. Another part of the blood is sent under controlled conditions for about 24 hours and then examined in the same way. Thus, the effect of the transport on the T-cell analysis will be investigated. | — |
