Interventions

Group 1: Conducting a maximum of 35 problem-centered, guideline-based interviews with patients in cardiological and cardiosurgical general wards who are being treated for heart disease.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Language skills: German at native speaker level Area: Clinic for Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery at the University Hospital Cologne Interview time: From the second postoperative day or the 2nd day after admission

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who did not consent to the study, seriously ill patients, in critical condition, cognitively impaired
