Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Residual gait impairment after neurological event, medical clearance for technology-based gait training, good communication skills in German, subscription to Revigo for duration of study participation (with financial contribution from insurance and Revigo), signed informed written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ongoing in-patient rehabilitation, neuro-psychological impairments, including cognitive deficits, that make communication and cooperation impossible, diagnosis of multiple sclerosis or Parkinson’s disease, pregnancy

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary objective of this study is to determine if a three months technology-based gait training will lead to functional improvements (determined using 10 MWT). The 10 MWT will be assessed at baseline, after 3 months and for some participants also after 6 months.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
relevant improvements in gait ability. As secondary objective, the amount of performed trainings, general health (including quality of life), as well as costs associated with the training will be assessed. The following assessments will be used: PGIC, FAC, TUG, L-Force-TEst, WHODAS, EQ-5D, amount of trainings, willingness to pay, costs. The assessments will be assessed at baseline, after 3 months and for some participants also after 6 months.
