Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: legal age, ability to give consent, sufficient knowledge of German

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Delirium, dementia, acute psychosis, a condition after craniocerebral trauma or a poor general condition, such as when on artificial respiration; Exclusion from the study can also be made at any time at the request of the training participants.
