- Health-related quality of life - Characteristics of the current health situation - Characteristics of health care quality - Characteristics of health care utilization - Patient satisfaction - Health insurance expenditures for psychiatric and neurological care - Hospitalizations and length of stay - Incomplete treatments - Days of incapacity for work - Provider satisfaction - Structure and process quality Methods: - Longitudinal survey (online and paper-pencil) in both cohorts to evaluate patient-related outcomes (at inclusion, after 3/6/12 months) - Evaluation of health-related expenses based on routine data (from inclusion up to 12 / 24 months) - Analysis of resource shift at provider level based on claims data and drug prescription data) - Structure and process quality as well as provider satisfaction is evaluated based on annual questionnaires.
