Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient: Presence of an oncological disease, written declaration of consent Doctor: Licence to practise medicine as a physician, fixed assignment to the ward unit (within the scope of normal rotation), written declaration of consent Nurse: qualified health care worker, fixed assignment to the ward unit, written declaration of consent Ward: Ward unit with oncological focus, identifiable team of doctors and nurses (2/3 of the employees are permanently assigned to the ward)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient: Serious mental illness (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, dementia, delirium), poor knowledge of German, missing or subsequently withdrawn consent Doctor: Incomplete participation in the intervention (participation <8h), poor knowledge of German, missing or subsequently withdrawn consent Nurse: Incomplete participation in the intervention (participation <8h), poor knowledge of German, missing or subsequently withdrawn consent Station: Less than 66% of employees* have participated in the intervention (depending on the assignment)
