Group 1: Documentation of predefined variables during informative conversation for colonoscopy, which will be conduced for screening or diagnostic and/or therapeutic indication, and procedure-related

Inclusion criteria: Colonoscopy for screening, diagnostic and/or therapeutic indications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Artificial bowel stoma

Measure	Time frame
Development and validation of a predictive model for quality of bowel preparation in which a good bowel preparation is defined as Boston Bowel Preparation Scale of at least 2 in each bowel segment and of at least 6 cumulative.	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
1. Assessment of investigated variables on quality of bowel preparation in left-sided, middle and right-sided colon. 2. External validation and comparison of available predictive models.	—
