Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) patients with chronic venous insufficence b) age betwenn 18 an 85 c) willingness to wear compression stockings d)existence of a written patient agreement f) sufficient german speaking skills

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) age under 18 years b) edema of the leg that are not caused by a CVI c) deep vein thrombosis of the leg d) peripheric arterial occlusion e) diabetes with neuropathy or a periperial arterial disturbed blood flow f) immobility g) ulcus cruris venosum h) pregnancy i) customization

Primary

MeasureTime frame
skin moisture is measured by corneometry on day 0, after two weeks and after four weeks

qulity of life, compliance, pain, pruritus, heavy legs
