Potential Benefits: In T1 all baseline assessments are repeated. In addition, 4 weeks after T1, the patients will be sent a questionnaire about their current physical activities and nutrition habits, their concrete plans to continue being physical active and to eat healthy, and a questionnaire about their health- related quality of life (EORTC QLQ- C30). | — |
