Group 1: Assessment of muscle mass (psoas muscle) with ct/mri and ultrasound at one time point

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - in the first part of the study there must be an indication for performing MRI or CT other than this study - this is not applicable in the second part of the study where only ultrasound is performed - signed informed consent from the caregiver - signed informed consent from the participant

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - during the first part of the study: patients with no indication for MRI or CT other than this study. - no informed consent - in those cases where an additional ultrasound examination is not reasonable for the patient due to his overall well-being
