Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with addiction disease (F1x.2) treated on the ward 2062 (ward for comorbid addicts) and the addiction day clinic (2063) in the clinic in Ravensburg-Weissenau

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: no withdrawal medication, no medication with beta-blockers or methadone; no F2-disorder, no psychotic disorder, no F7-disorder; no language barrier

MeasureTime frame
Experience of craving recorded via the Mannheim Craving Scale (MaSC) after training (post-measurement) and in follow-up (6, 12 months)

Abstinence rate (Ask for abstinence since end of training), asked after training (post-measurement) and in follow-up (6, 12 months)
