Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Exclusively odontogenic abscesses Clinical signs of inflammation of an abscess adult and healthy patients of both sexes with dentogenic abscess

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: General illnesses for which an antibiosis is indicated (endocarditis, immunosuppression, HIV infection, diabetes mellitus, radiation, chemotherapy, antiresorptive medication Abscesses with a tendency to spread (trismus, difficulty in swallowing, difficulty in breathing,V.angularis pressure dolence) Patients who, due to the medical indication, must formally change from group 2 to 1 within the study period
