Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The study objective is the longitudinal recording of the Covid-19 antibody status (seroconversion rate) of the population of Neustadt am Rennsteig at a defined distance from the end of quarantine in order to determine the asymptomatic infestation rate.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary objectives of the study are: i) Seroconversion rate in children (if necessary: via lateral flow assay); ii) determination of T-cell immunity; iii) characterization of transmission rates among household members as well as with other persons depending on the families adhered to preventive measures, age and symptomatology; iv) determination of Risk factors for symptomatic vs. asymptomatic Covid19 courses v) Examination 18_05_04_Protocol_human_material studies 5/10 the rate of persistent virus excretion; (vi) modelling of possible infection chains; (vii) determination of incubation and generation times and reporting delays; viii) Assessment of the effectiveness of the quarantine measures.
