Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic pruritus (due to atopic dermatitis, chronic scratch lesions or on non lesional skin), Pruritus intensity NRS worst 24h =5; Minimum age 18 years; Skin type I-IV (according to Fitzpatrick); Pruritus present on the forearm; Pruritic lesional skin (dermatosis in AD and PN; pruritic normal looking skin in CP) is present on the forearm; Non-pruritic non-lesional area on the forearm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are unable to complete the questionnaire due to physical or mental illness or a lack of knowledge of German; Patients with chronic pruritus due to other illnesses; Patients with illness that prevents participation in the examination; Breastfeeding / pregnant women; Patients with neurological disorders such as MS, epilepsy, Parkinson's, Zn stroke, chronic pain syndromes such as fibromyalgia; patients with allergy to substances used, local anesthetics; patients with infections and / or tattoos in the examination area; patients with drug or alcohol addiction; patients who take opioid analgesics permanently; use of Emollients on the day of the examination; external application of moisturizing creams on the day of the examination or 1 week before the start of the examination (top. Capsaicin, top. Steroids, top. Calcineurin inhibitors); patient with tendency to excessive scarring
