Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: NYHA class II/III, availability of a private smartphone and intention to use this as part of the study, minimum system requirements: Android 4.1 / iOS 9

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: NYHA class I or IV, visual impairment, so that app usage would be impossible, severe mental disorder (bipolar disorder, psychosis, addiction)
