50 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Capable of walking at least twice 6 min without aids; walking distance of at least 50 m possible or twice 6 min with breaks; hemiparesis (at least during phase C); phase D patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: aphasia or communication problems; serious co-morbidity

Oxy- and deoxyhemoglobin concentrations in the prefrontal cortex (functional near-infrared spectroscopy); double step length as well as minimum foot clearance and the variability (three inertial measurement Units: two dorsally fixed at each foot and one at the Sternum)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
heart rate, heart rate variability and peripheral finger oxygenation (SOMNOtouch™ NIBP with 3-channel ECG and peripheral finger oximeter); error rate and velocity for dual-task Walking; cognitive inhibition of executive functions (Colour-Word-Interference Test: time(s) and error rate); 6-min walk test (three inertial measurement units - two dorsally on each foot and one at the Sternum: gait kinematics and total distance covered)
