Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male patients, age 18 and 90 years old 2. Severe pneumonia caused by SARS Covid 19 3. No necessity of artificial respiration 4. Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI > 30 2. Patients with assisted respiration
