Inclusion criteria: Included in sample taken via registration offices, sufficient knowledge of German for informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal of informed consent or contraindication to venipuncture

MeasureTime frame
The aim is to determine the proportion of people with SARS-CoV-2 antibodies among the participants in up to 10 counties at 2 points in time over the course of one year.

Secondary

Determination of age-specific seropositivity, comparison of total and age-specific seropositivities of different counties with each other and over time; influence of self-reported confirmed SARS CoV-2 infections, self-reported respiratory symptoms since February 2020, self-reported adherence to measures and demographic and comorbidity factors on the outcome of antibody testing; Influence of self-reported respiratory illness severity, evidence of active infection since February 2020, demographic and comorbidity factors on quantitative antibody titers; In the longitudinal sub-survey: conversion and reconversion rate between the 1st and 2nd time points; influence of self-reported symptoms, detected infection, demographic and comorbidity factors on conversion and reconversion rates; Influence of self-reported symptoms and confirmed infection, demographic and comorbidity factors on quantitative antibody titre over time
